Creating a Positive Working Environment with the Concept of Flow
Have you tried getting absorbed in your work so much that you lost track of time? Getting engrossed by a task like that, albeit being rare for most people, is a state of being called Flow. Promoting happiness and inspiration at work is one of the greatest challenges for management. Working with something you hate will make it impossible for you to get engrossed in the job. If your job is practically a collection of things that you hate, then consider looking for another job or try looking for projects that you love to do within your current job.

While there are tasks that you love that are easy and important, spend your time working on tasks that will make a long term impact on your career. That way you use your time better and maintain your Flow.
Put some challenge in your work, but keep it moderate.
Finishing a task that’s too easy will feel less rewarding, while working on a task that’s too challenging will be frustrating. So find tasks that have an appropriate level of difficulty.
